How it Works:
You book the ticket for the first date that you want to join.
Your ticket starts then on that date.
Your first tour is automatically confirmed and your Aurora Pass week starts.
Check-in with us before 13:00 each time you want to join us again. This can be done via email or by coming to our shop where you can discuss the weather conditions and decide to join or not.
Good to know before booking:
- You have to reserve a seat, every time that you want to join.
- Seat reservation is upon availability.
- Cancelation free-of-charge until 4 days before departure.
- If you fail to show up on your first day, the ticket expires.
- To join the tour a 2nd time or 3rd time, etc, you need to reserve your seat before 1pm. If you reserve a seat for one evening and do not show up at departure, your ticket will expire.

Read More Less- Please provide the age and weight of children when booking, so we can arrange the correct child seat. Failure to notify us in advance may result in being denied boarding.
Discount Policy:
- If you wish to claim the 50% discount, note that it is subject to seat availability. If the tour is full, you’ll be reserved a seat on the next available day. If no seats are available, we’ll rebook you for another day.
- Refunds are not available for this offer if you cannot take a tour on another day.
- If we are closed the next day, discounts will only be valid for the next open day.
- Discounts are non-refundable and can only be used by the original booking person.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather or unsafe driving conditions. In this case, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If you do not show up at the time of departure, you will not be eligible for a refund or any discounts.
- End of Season: Discounts cannot be guaranteed for tours booked on the last day of the season (e.g., if our last tour is on May 4th, the 50% discount will not apply afterward).
Additional Information:
- We may partner with other tour operators to ensure your departure. If this happens, we will notify you of any changes, including a new pickup location.
- Surfaces can be slippery at stops where we wait for the Northern Lights-please dress accordingly.
- Tours run regardless of weather conditions (cloudy, rainy, or snowy nights), as we often see the Northern Lights even on such evenings.
- The tour may involve staying at one location all night or traveling to multiple spots, depending on where the best Aurora activity is expected.
