Tour Description:
Step off the beaten path and enjoy a personal, private experience. Our enthusiastic guides will pick you up directly from your hotel and take you on a chase to find the best spot for viewing the Northern Lights. If the skies are cloudy, we’ll keep moving until we find clear conditions - even if it means crossing the border into Finland.
At one of the stops, you’ll be served hot drinks and cookies while our guide shares local knowledge, fascinating aurora facts, and photography tips. On especially cold nights, we provide thermal suits to keep you warm, and when possible, we’ll make a cozy bonfire to elevate your experience.
This private tour follows the same approach as our classic Aurora Chase but is tailored exclusively for you and your group (up to 7 people). We believe that actively chasing the lights - without long dinner stops - gives you the best chance to see this natural wonder. Feel free to bring your own snacks for the journey.
If you don’t see the lights, we offer a 50% discount on our standard Aurora Chase tour (shared bus, subject to availability).

Note: If the group size is smaller than 17 people, the tour may operate in a vehicle without a toilet onboard.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.
Read More Less- Please provide the age and weight of children when booking, so we can arrange the correct child seat. Failure to notify us in advance may result in being denied boarding.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather or unsafe driving conditions. In this case, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If you do not show up at the time of departure, you will not be eligible for a refund or any discounts.
- End of Season: Discounts cannot be guaranteed for tours booked on the last day of the season (e.g., if our last tour is on May 4th, the 50% discount will not apply afterward).
Additional Information:
- Surfaces can be slippery at stops where we wait for the Northern Lights - please dress accordingly.
- Tours run regardless of weather conditions (cloudy, rainy, or snowy nights), as we often see the Northern Lights even on such evenings.
- The tour may involve staying at one location all night or traveling to multiple spots, depending on where the best Aurora activity is expected.
