Come by for tickets, the evening cloud forecast, gift cards, and to meet the guides. The Aurora Chase by bus and the fjord tours leave from the shop: arrive 30 minutes before an aurora departure and 15 minutes before a fjord tour. For tours run with partners (dog sledding, reindeer, whales, cruises) the meeting point is on your ticket.
